Microsoft tries to takeover Yahoo!, why I oppose to this

There was some tense drama unfolding as Microsoft (known for it’s Windows Live search engine) is vowing to take over Yahoo at a cost of $44.6 Billion US. The reason that Microsoft wanted to dominate the entire computing world in an un-monopolized world. With many anti-trust lawsuits that Microsoft had faced in the past, it seems that this take over will hurt everyone in the technology industry.
If Microsoft were to take over Yahoo today, it will be Topsy-turvy in the technology world. Especially with brandings that Yahoo had provided to other companies such as Rogers (their internet service is branded Rogers Yahoo! High Speed Internet). Currently, Yahoo has a 23% share along with Microsoft which has only a small 10% share in search engines. The biggest player that it now become a household name in the technology world today, Google takes the biggest chunk – 58%. That’s why Google had decided to fight back against Microsoft’s plan to take over Yahoo!.
Google had launched a special campaign about the dangers of Microsoft buying Yahoo. It will greatly impact the way we search things online in this massive world wide, interconnected superhighway. This is not the first time that one company wanted to buy out another company. Lenovo, a Chinese company purchased IBM’s computing division back in 2005, after much speculation. That same year, CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Corporation) tried to buy out California-based Unocal, but after some hostile publicity by the Bush-administration, CNOOC chickened out from that bid. ChevronTexaco (now known as Chevron Corporation), takes control of the company.
So let me straight things out. I definitely oppose Microsoft’s bid on buying out Yahoo because, it is unconstitutional. It will greatly impact the way we search things online as a way of life. There are some YouTube videos out there by users talking about their own view about Microsoft buying out Yahoo. The numbers are very high.

I’m convinced no one but shareholders have something to win from Micro$soft-Yahoo! merge.
I don’t appreciate nor trust Micro$oft…
This is really a bad news for the web & for Yahoo! employees (many of them will be “sacrified” in the name of
“eliminating redundant infrastructure and duplicative operating costs”)
;o(
I’m sincerely think M$ won’t be able to integrate Y! & also that most Y! users will leave as soon as Y! is another M$ product.
That’s clearly a bad deal!
Fortunately some users of Yahoo!’s services keep their smile telling the world what they think with a great deal of fun…
