Simple Plan’s new CD – my say on it

with one comment

Well after much speculation, Simple Plan’s long awaited third CD has finally come out. To my experience there are a few differences between the regular edition and the deluxe edition (which I intentionally bought instead of the regular edition). The Deluxe edition has a few more perks. First it has two bonus tracks. Secondly, it includes a bonus DVD which includes the behind the scenes look of the album. There’s only one song that I have to keep in mind – in the song “Your Love Is A Lie”, Pierre Bouvier swears a little in that particular song. The song goes like this:

“How does it feel when you kiss when you know that I trust you
And do you think about me when he f**ks you?”

Despite the questionable content in the deluxe edition (to ensure that a parental advisory warning is marked), it’s a very good album. I highly suggest that you guys should check the album out. By the way, I plan to see those guys perform for the Live @ Much next Tuesday (homework pending). My favourite songs:

  • When I’m Gone
  • Take my hand
  • The End
  • Your Love is a Lie
  • Save You

  1. I totally agree. Fantastic album, much better than their older stuff. My favourites, in this order:

    - I can wait forever
    - Save You
    - Your Love is A lie
    - No Love
    - Take My Hand
